Practical Guide
Below you’ll find an FAQ section designed to answer the most frequently asked questions about your stay at our campsite. We invite you to browse through this practical information before consulting the interactive site map, located a little further down on this page. This guide has been designed to help you prepare for your vacation and ensure a pleasant, carefree experience.
How do I reserve a specific pitch?
If you have a particular pitch in mind, you can request it when you book online or by phone. Please note that a €20 blocking fee applies in high season to guarantee a specific pitch. Mention your request in the comments section when booking, and we’ll do our best to accommodate it. You will receive confirmation once your reservation has been made.
Are pets allowed at the campsite?
Dogs (except category 1 and 2) and cats that have had their vaccinations are welcome at the campsite. They will just have to pay a small fee, as humans do, which will be indicated when you make your reservation. Pets must be kept on a leash at all times, including on your plot.
How many people can stay in rental accommodation?
Our rental accommodations come in different sizes. The 2-bedroom units are designed to accommodate a family of 4 to 6 people. We strongly advise against 6 adults staying in these accommodations. In our 3-bedroom accommodation, you can sleep up to 6 people.
Are VACAF vouchers accepted for a stay at the campsite?
Unfortunately we are not VACAF approved.
Is it possible to pitch a tent next to rental accommodation?
You can of course pitch a tent next to one of our accommodations if the younger ones want to try their hand at camping while you enjoy the comfort of your own home. Please add an extra tent when booking or contact us.
Can electric vehicles be recharged on the pitch or in the Mobilhomes?
These vehicles, even if they require a low intensity of electricity, do so over a very long period. Our installation is not designed for this type of demand.
You can recharge your electric car directly at the T2 charging station in front of reception. Please contact us for further information.
Can I take out cancellation insurance?
We strongly advise you to take out cancellation insurance to protect you in the event of unforeseen circumstances.
If you have paid with a VISA / MASTERCARD Gold card, you are probably already covered in the event of a claim. If this is not the case, we suggest that you take out partner cancellation insurance when you make your reservation. This will cover you in the event of unforeseen events and reimburse you for any sums you have paid us.
Can I cancel my holiday?
It’s always a shame to have to cancel your vacation. However, our general terms and conditions are very clear on how you can cancel your holiday;
- in the event of cancellation more than 30 days before arrival, the deposit will be retained by the campsite.
- in the event of cancellation less than 30 days before arrival, the full amount of the stay will be retained by the campsite.
We are always sorry to hear that you have to cancel your stay. That’s why we strongly advise you to take out cancellation insurance to limit the inconvenience for all of us.
